Employment rate  in the  third quarter 2024 is 96.9%. The highest employment is observed in the Agriculture sector (44.08%) followed by the service sector (40.42%) and the industry sector (15.5%) . The overall unemployment rate for the 3rd quarter is 3.1%, down from 3.7% from the 2nd quarter. The youth unemployment rate stands at 16.5%, down  from 19.2% in 2nd Quarter.  Labour Force Participation Rate is 65.1% up from 61.8% from the previous quarter.
